Solution:
Make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly. The correct shipping options are only displayed once we have a valid shipping address to calculate the cost and delivery method.
If you’re not seeing the shipping options, double-check your address entry and make sure it's complete (including city, postal code, and country).
Once the shipping address is added, the appropriate shipping options should appear automatically.
3. Issues When Using the Mobile Version of the Site
Solution:
Turn your phone sideways (landscape mode) to get the full view of the shopping cart, shipping options, and checkout buttons.
If you're still experiencing issues, try closing and reopening your browser, or switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Make sure your mobile browser is up to date.
